Fees & Insurance

Tierra y Alma Counseling Services is an out-of-network provider and does not file insurance directly. However, I am happy to provide monthly superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.

Service Fees

    Individual Therapy $150/hr

    Individual therapy is offered both in person and virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called SimplePractice. Sessions are 55 minutes long and follow an integrative approach, with interventions tailored to each person’s unique needs.

    A sliding fee scale is available to help make therapy more accessible.

    Immigration Evaluations $1,000

    The fee reflects the time, care, and professional attention dedicated to each evaluation, including meetings with you as the client, gathering and reviewing objective supporting information, communication with attorneys or other relevant contacts as needed, and preparation of the written report.
