Fees & Insurance

Tierra y Alma Counseling Services is an out-of-network provider and does not file insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide monthly superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.

    Individual Therapy $150/hr

    At Tierra y Alma Counseling Services, individual therapy is offered both in person and virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform called SimplePractice. Sessions are 55 minutes long and follow an integrative approach, with interventions tailored to each person’s unique needs. A sliding fee scale is available to help make therapy more accessible.

    Immigration Evaluations $1,000

    Immigration evaluations are comprehensive three-hour sessions that explore your story, assess the emotional impact of trauma, and provide objective documentation to support your case. Each evaluation includes a detailed written report, the use of mental health assessments, and collaboration with your attorney. Payment plans are available.
