Fees & Insurance

Tierra y Alma Counseling Services is an out-of-network provider and does not file insurance directly. However, I am happy to provide monthly superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.

Service Fees

    Individual Therapy $150/hr

    Individual therapy is offered both in person and virtually through a secure, confidential platform. Sessions are 55 minutes long and are guided by an integrative, trauma-informed approach, with support tailored to your unique needs and goals.

    A sliding fee scale is available to help make therapy more accessible.

    Immigration Evaluations $1,000

    The fee reflects the time, care, and professional attention that goes into each evaluation. This includes meeting with you, reviewing relevant supporting documentation when available, communicating with attorneys or other professionals as needed and with your consent, and preparing a comprehensive written report.

    Payment plans and a sliding fee scale are available to help make this service more accessible.
