Individual therapy

At Tierra y Alma Counseling Services, individual therapy is offered to adults 18 and older seeking support in navigating life’s challenges and reconnecting with their inner resilience. With over seven years of experience supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and abuse, I hold a deep understanding of how trauma impacts safety, self-worth, and emotional well-being.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin healing from what life has asked you to carry — while also exploring the powerful messages from culture, society, family, and other systems that shape your identity and healing journey.
