Healing begins with being truly witnessed — your story, your strength, and all that you’ve carried.

Welcome to Tierra y Alma Counseling Services. I’m Carolina Robles, LCSW — founder, owner, and therapist — and I’m honored to support individuals on their journey toward healing and self-understanding. I offer trauma-informed and culturally rooted care in a space where you can feel seen, heard, and deeply valued. Here, healing becomes a journey of reconnection — to yourself and your story — while also exploring the powerful messages from culture, society, family, and other systems that shape your identity and healing journey.

Individual Therapy

    Domestic Violence

Domestic violence can take many forms — physical, emotional, financial, or verbal abuse — all of which impact safety and well-being. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can heal, explore your options, and feel supported regardless of the decisions you make about your relationship.

  • A person with long hair looking through a window with reflections of a staircase, hands with painted nails partially covering their face, creating a layered, surreal effect.

    Narcissistic Abuse

Narcissistic abuse can leave you doubting your worth, questioning your reality, and feeling isolated. I am here to help you untangle the effects of manipulation, regain your voice, and reconnect with your inner strength.

    Grief

Grief is a natural response to loss, yet some losses can feel especially isolating when others may not fully understand or recognize their impact. I offer a compassionate space to honor your pain, process your emotions, and gently move toward healing and meaning.

    Issues Related to Migration

Migration can bring hope, but it may also carry challenges such as loss, cultural adjustment, or identity struggles. I provide support in navigating these experiences while honoring the strength and resilience of your journey.

    Depression & Anxiety

Depression and anxiety can weigh heavily on your daily life, leaving you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Through culturally responsive and evidence-based care, we work together to restore balance, calm, and hope.

    Life Stressors & Transitions

Life changes — whether planned or unexpected — can feel destabilizing. I am here to help you find clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction as you navigate life’s transitions.

Immigration Evaluations

Immigration evaluations are a way to share your story and highlight the strength it has taken to endure hardship. These evaluations gently explore the emotional impact of your experiences and provide supportive documentation that can strengthen your immigration case.
